Jim McNulty

President. Grew up with his father’s development and construction business. Took some time out to work as a lawyer and joined the family business in 1979. Jim works closely with customers and manages many phases of the business.

Tim McNulty

Vice President. Like all the family Tim spent time during his younger years working with the carpenter crew learning the business from the ground up. Tim manages all phases of construction and design for customers in custom homes and remodeling projects. Tim has been at the firm since 1980.

Larry Sharpe

Project Manager. Larry joined the company in 1975 as a carpenter and has worked as an estimator and project manger since that time.

Deborah Schutte

Bookkeeper. Since 1988 Deborah has worked in the bookkeeping and accounts area; no small task in a fast moving business.

Felicity Furber

Director of Sales and Marketing. Since 1982 Felicity has brought cheer and grace to the pleasant surroundings of model homes with her lovely English accent and charm.

Jack Duda

Field Superintendent. Jack joined the company in 1973 as a carpenter and soon became a field superintendent. He is now going on his 35th year of construction management and field coordination. Jack and his wife Joanne have two daughter and four grandchildren that keep them busy.

Don Schutte

Carpenter. Don has worked as a carpenter since 1999 in new home construction and remodeling areas.

Mel Waller

Carpenter. Mel has been on board as a carpenter since 1993 excelling in fine finishing and a good eye for detail.
